Make Tahu crispy




Ingredients
:
250 gr know thin slices 10cmx10cmx1cm size
Chicken 2 eggs, beaten off
2 cloves garlic
pepper to taste
salt to taste

5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
finely chopped scallions

Method:
1. Puree the garlic, pepper and salt, give a little water, then soak know that have been cut approximately 15-20 minutes
2. Drain the idea of seasoning and then insert it into the beaten eggs, let stand for 5 minutes, then fry over medium heat
3. Mix sauce ingredients together

Provide warm while
